I own 5.5 acres which has a barn and fencing. I just bought the property and am considering buying a young filly.

ok… I’m sick of the answers that say “oh… well do you have a shelter?, “how big is the horse?” Yes, I do have a shelter for it, fencing, ect. and it would be for a average QH. so, with farrier, vet, food, ect. how much would it cost per month? like $500, or $1000?

I know with partial and full leases you pay X amount of dollars for board, but usually with a partial the vet and farrier is taken care of by the owner, probably not with a full lease…but what does free care lease mean? Thanks for any info!
